Shelley Damon has over 20 years of massage experience. As well as holding an active massage therapist license in the state of Texas and Florida, she is also an accredited massage instructor in the state of Texas. Her main focus is those involved in competitive sports and injury repair and those who are struggling with trauma, disease and end-of-life issues. She utilizes various massage modalities, guided visualization, energy work and acupressure.
Stress and injury leave their marks in the body. Sports massage prevents injury, loss of mobility, helps healing, restores range of motion, and boosts performance. Stress can create sleeplessness, headaches, disease and confusion.
