How long do I need to arrive before my appointment?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are running late, we ask that you contact us well in advance to let us know.
Are all of your products all natural?
Can I do a walk-in appointment?
Yes. you may, but we cannot guarantee that a preferred stylist will not be busy with another client. There also may be a wait if all of our staff are busy. If you have no preference and do not mind waiting, then we sure can accommodate. We do prefer that our clients book their appointments in advance to get a timed appointment so they do not have to wait any length of time.
Do you offer referral discounts if I refer someone?

Do you offer gift certificates and/or monthly spa packages?

Can I call to speak to a stylist, facial or massage therapy staff member and ask any questions I may have?
Yes, you may ask our front desk receptionist any questions and if you have further questions we will have one of our experienced staff return your call at their convenience.
