Salon O Day Spa Policies
DAY SPA cancellation policy:
All of our day spa clients receive a confirmation call 24 hours before their service is scheduled, and clients scheduled for a day spa package receive a confirmation call 48 hours before their services are scheduled. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations for your reservation, and 48 hours notice for spa events with 3 or more services. Otherwise a charge of 50% of the services scheduled at our day spa will be added to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you do not call and do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for all of the scheduled day spa services in full.
To accommodate and simplify your busy lifestyle, please feel free to pre-book your next spa services before you leave. For day spa packages, and certain day spa services, we require a credit card number, when you appointment is scheduled.

Failing to provide the proper notification, or simply not showing up for a scheduled appointment, not only hurts our stylists’ schedules and the health of the salon, but makes scheduling for other clients extremely difficult. We know that busy lives are always in a flux, so please give us a call the day before and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule.
Please Be Punctual! To assure that you receive the best and most thorough treatment, we ask our day spa guests to arrive 15 minutes before his or her first appointment. NOTE: we understand people are busy, however, if a client arrives late for an appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to give as much time during the service as she/he can provide out of consideration for the next client.
All day spa products are guaranteed for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase.
We accept cash and Visa, MasterCard and Discover, with proper identification. Please note that we cannot accept gratuities for services on credit cards that are less than $7.00.
In our Hair Salon, please enjoy using your cell phone with respect to other guests. In our Day Spa, please enjoy our cell phone free environment.
